Technical Architect | Outside IR35 | Remote
SR2 has been engaged by a leading consultancy to help scale a multi-disciplinary team in line with a brand-new multi-year commercial agreement.
The role is supporting a National Healthcare Initiative as they deliver a critical digital project to lay the foundations for a strategic technology function throughout the UK.
The project will adopt the GDS and Cabinet Office DDaT frameworks, leading projects from discovery to go live. You should be a great communicator used to leading teams and facilitating workshops in an Agile working environment. You should have strong knowledge of how projects and products are delivered to Government Digital Services (GDS) standards.
The important aspect to this role is that you will have extensive experience in the public sector on large-scale digital programmes.

- Assure and oversee the end client delivery partners ensuring best practices are followed
- Document major changes
- Support and when necessary, lead of design work
- Ideally experience around Oracle Fusion
- Create as-is product documentation for existing services (Network model, tech and platforms in use, data flows)
- Lead of strategic planning
