SR2 has partnered with a key government consultancy to support the delivery of a major ServiceNow transformation roadmap across 2025 and into 2026. We're looking for a ServiceNow Product Manager to drive delivery across a series of critical initiatives covering HAM, SAM, AI pilots, and service discovery.

This role will lead on ensuring strategic rollout of core modules and capabilities including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Service Mapping, Virtual Agent deployment, and AI-driven process enhancements, while aligning all efforts with governance, cost optimisation, and long-term maturity goals.

Key Focus Areas:

• Full HAM rollout and lifecycle automation
• Discovery & Service Mapping (On-Prem & Cloud)
• Gen AI pilots across ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceDesk
• Virtual Agent deployment & expansion (ITSM, HR, Facilities)
• SAM implementation and licence cost optimisation
• Governance & adoption strategy across all modules

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Strong experience delivering ServiceNow product roadmaps
• Expertise across HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• AI enablement within ITSM environments
• Stakeholder engagement and governance frameworks
• Experience driving cost optimisation through automation

This contract is Outside IR35, with an expected rate of £500p/d.
