Some Key Responsibilities:
? Taking charge of your market, becoming the go-to specialist
? Building and nurturing a high-performing network of clients & candidates
? Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants (leading by example)
? Driving business growth with new ideas and strategies
? Smashing targets and earning serious commission

? A market specialist with a proven track record in recruitment
? A natural leader who thrives on mentoring others
? Someone who knows how to build long-term relationships
? Resilient, driven, and ready to smash the next stage of their career
