In the book, Dale outlines the 7 core beliefs that enable business leaders to break the old ‘profit-first’ cycle, achieve incredible success and have a huge impact, all by simply putting people first. 

And that’s what we’ve done. We’ve made recruitment, an industry which is inherently people-centric, about the people. 

So whether it’s our customers, our team, charity partners or communities – it’s people over profit.
