Senior / Lead Business Analyst - SC + NPPV3 - Outside IR35

SR2 have been engaged by a long standing client to provide a Senior / Lead Business Analyst for a critical government programme. Due to the data you will be accessing, active SC and NPPV3 are required.

The role would be hybrid, with weekly travel to London sites.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in complex, data-driven projects.

• Strong background in public sector, law enforcement, or similar environments.

• Expertise in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, security standards, and ethical considerations in data analytics.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
