Scrum Master - Bristol (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) - £50-65K

Are you a Bristol based Scrum Master with a passion for agile delivery and a background in product and software development? SR2 are hiring for a purpose-driven business in Bristol, for one of their dynamic product teams.

What's the role?

Exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master from a product background to join a well established Bristol company, who are very people first and offer a fantastic salary and benefits package. The role sits within one of the companies many product teams, helping to drive agile best practices and facilitate high-performing, cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring teams follow Scrum principles
• Supporting one team initially, with the potential to work across two teams as they evolve
• Helping teams to continuously improve and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Collaborating with distributed teams across Bristol and London
• Occasional travel to London (once per month, expenses covered)

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, within a product/delivery environment
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery processes
• Ability to work across multiple teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Interview Process:
Stage 1: 45-min Zoom interview with two team members - conversational and CV walkthrough
Stage 2: In-person interview - competency-based questions, situational/behavioural discussions, and some technical delivery topics

📍 Location & Working Setup:

• Hybrid: 3 days per week in Bristol
• Monthly travel to London office for team events (expenses covered)
