About the Role:
As an Electrical Engineer / Control Engineer for battery storage projects, you will work closely with a project team in the power and distribution department.
This is a broad, key role to help with innovating battery storage projects across Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Project Engineer for the planning of instrumentation and control systems for power plants.
- Design and develop supervisory, automation, and control systems for power plants, including feasibility studies and tender document preparation.
- Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from tenders.
- Review technical submissions and contractor documentation required for project implementation.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests (FATs).
- Supervise construction and coordinate commissioning activities on-site, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist with proposal preparation for engineering services and participate in contract negotiations.

About your profile:
- A qualified degree (Dipl., B.Sc., M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and System Control, or Automation Engineering, with relevant professional experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in power plant control disciplines, including APC, DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Experience in planning, preparing tender documents, and conducting studies for new construction and plant rehabilitation.
- Business fluency in English, with fluent German
