Your Role:

As an experienced professional in the Transmission and Distribution sector, you will contribute to the growth of power system activities.

The power team focuses on helping clients address challenges in planning and operating power systems in a reliable, sustainable, and efficient way. This includes working with a range of stakeholders, such as transmission system operators (TSOs), regulatory bodies, power producers, industries, and developers. With world-class expertise in power systems, they provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of the project.

Responsibilities of the BESS

• Lead projects in collaboration with functional managers.
• Prepare necessary reports, documentation, and correspondence related to the project.
• Manage contracts and claims.
• Provide technical input throughout all project phases (planning, design, procurement, implementation, supervision, commissioning).
• Coordinate with various disciplines (civil, mechanical, environmental, health & safety, etc.) and stakeholders.
• Act as an expert across activities, from project delivery to coaching junior staff.

About your Profile:

• University degree in electrical engineering (MSc/Dipl.-Ing.) or a related field.
• Fluent in English (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• 10+ years of project experience, including site supervision of electrical works.
• Expertise in electrical transmission and distribution facilities (e.g., high-voltage substations, SCADA, telecommunications).
• At least 3 years' experience in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Ability to evaluate vendor solutions and draft technical specifications.
