We are helping one of the leading companies in Battery storage in Germany hire for a new project manager.
This company help integrate renewable energy into the national grid.

This is a experienced hire - looking to take the lead on project development and management through its full lifecycle.
The Jobs:
- Full responsibility for the project development of large-scale battery storage systems from the initial concept phase to commissioning.
- Management and coordination of all project phases, including site selection, planning, approval processes, and construction execution.
- Close collaboration with authorities, grid operators, external planners, partners, and internal departments to ensure timely realization.
- Monitoring and managing the project budget, timeframes, and resource planning.
- Ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Preparing decision-making materials for management and regular reporting on project progress.
- Leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams.
- Further developing internal processes in the areas of project development and management.
- Identifying and evaluating new project opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and performing risk analyses, especially for battery storage projects.
- Market and competitor analyses, identifying new project opportunities and development potential.
About you:
- A completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business, environmental sciences, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge in project development, approval processes, and the energy sector.
- Experience collaborating with authorities and grid operators, as well as in negotiating contracts.
- Strong technical understanding, especially in battery storage, energy infrastructure, or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
