Business Change Manager

SR2 are supporting a specialist consultancy on a government programme. The end client (a central government department) is undergoing huge internal changes and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to help them on their journey. Due to the secure nature of the programme, candidates will be required to hold SC clearance; you must already have this, unfortunately we cannot put you through this if you do not already have it.
As a Change Manager, your role will involve bringing all affected teams and stakeholders onside, so that everyone has a united vision, whilst understanding the benefits that the change will bring. You will help to identify and track beneficial changes and outcomes as a result of change and report these back to management, whilst utilising performance metrics. Your role will also involve advising senior management on elements that are relevant to and affect decision-making during the change process.
Requirements:
- Active SC clearance (essential)
- Experience as a Business Change Manager for 5+ years
- Government department and GDS experience (essential)
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally from a consultancy background
- Experience preparing public servants for new ways of working, as well as supporting them during the implementation of these new processes
- Ability to support stakeholders at team leader level so that they are technically ready for change, and are also able to impart this knowledge on their respective teams
