Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BI strategies, delivering insights that influence business performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand data needs and provide effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth and innovation.
- Optimise data pipelines and workflows using SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Leverage modern data tools like BigQuery and Looker to create impactful reports and dashboards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in a BI Manager or senior data analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Familiarity with Google’s data tools or similar platforms (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio).
