Power BI Developer
Location: Remote with one day a week in office (Oxford)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits

We are working with a leading company in the retail sector to find a talented Power BI Developer to join their growing BI team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models
• Optimise report performance and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain data flows and pipelines
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Power BI best practices

Requirements:

• Confident experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling
• Strong knowledge of BI reporting and data warehousing
• Ability to understand business requirements, ask the right questions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in maintaining data flows/pipelines
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential
