The Role

As a Senior Software Developer (ASP.Net, C#, MVC, .NET Framework, TDD, SQL Server and React), you will contribute to the business' flagship product in the medical care industry; ensuring that your work is of high quality and at the forefront of innovation. Your work will be having a direct impact on a meaningful industry - with the health of our nation at heart.

The team of 30 are divided into 4 groups and your individual team of 7 consists of 3 developers, 2 contract developers and a team lead - who all work in an AGILE and "paired programming" way. You will work with your partner throughout a 2-week sprint - to complete the user stories development.

You will build API's, creating maintainable and sleek code - perform code reviews with the team and you will be comfortable working both individually and in a team. In addition to this, you will be responsible for requirements analysis and scoping, specification definition, data analysis and also project management in order to meet the needs of the solution at hand. You will have the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and you will work collaboratively with a range of subject matter experts in the industry. You will have the ability to coax out of customers technical requirements and be client-facing.

As a Senior Software Developer (ASP.Net, C#, MVC, .NET Framework, TDD, SQL Server and React), your voice will be heard and your opinions trusted in relation to new emerging technologies and trends in the market - you will be eager to both learn and research solutions as well as explore these and share these findings with the team. You will be granted 2 hours a week/fortnight for R&D time; you will ooze passion for all things technology-related and be passionate about best development practice such as TDD and SOLID. You will coach, inspire and mentor other developers within the team.

Technical Skills:

• Desirable: AWS/Azure
