Title: Service Management Consultant

Clearance: SC Minimum

Location: Hybrid, once weekly travel to Croydon office

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Pay Rate: £500 - £550 daily

About:

We are working with a critical central government department needing 2 Service Management Consultants to join their project. This is an important role to provide a service wrap around their internal tools to ensure full end to end support.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the service, the tool and the vendors. They will have had practical experience of optimising processes, efficiencies and response times in previous roles. There is the need for both a strategic vision, whilst being stuck in where needs be.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • SC Clearance
  • Vendor Management
  • Proven experience of the set up / management of service wraps for critical internal tools
  • Stakeholder management - ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the escalation of tickets
  • Process / response time optimisation to iteratively improve the service wrap
  • Effective project governance

Desirable Skills:

  • Dynatrace, ServiceNow or similar
  • Public Sector Experience
  • Background in consulting
