Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing and executing load, stress, and performance testing strategies across a distributed ML platform. The objective is to rapidly identify bottlenecks, validate system resilience, and provide actionable insights to engineering leadership.

This role sits close to core engineering and platform teams and will directly influence system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance and load testing frameworks.
• Execute stress testing across distributed systems and ML workflows.
• Analyse system behaviour under load and identify performance constraints.
• Work closely with backend and platform engineers to validate fixes.
• Provide clear reporting on system performance, risks, and recommendations.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-trust engineering environment.
