💻 DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes
📍 Bristol, Hybrid – Flexible Working and Central Location
💰 Up to £75k depending on experience

You’ll be helping to evolve and manage their container orchestration setup, ensuring deployments are reliable, scalable, and secure. Whether it’s managing Helm charts, fine-tuning resource limits, or automating cluster operations, your Kubernetes know-how will be key to keeping their platform running smoothly as the business continues to grow.
- Strong cloud experience – AWS, GCP or Azure ☁ Multi-cloud environment
- CI/CD, IaC, Terraform/Ansible, Docker, Helm, Argo
- Python/Go for scripting and automation

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using Terraform in AWS.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment pipelines and platform tooling.
- Develop in Python and/or Go to support infrastructure operations and CI/CD processes.
- Monitor and optimise system performance, availability, and security.
- Deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes.
- Good infrastructure knowledge and background – networks, services, storage, operating systems, etc.
- Most of what they do is in AWS, if you’ve worked with different cloud providers, don’t let that stop you from applying.
