They’re looking to add an experienced Senior Backend Developer to one of their core product teams. These platforms support critical national services, impacting thousands of users daily. You’ll take ownership of backend projects from design to deployment, influencing technical direction and ensuring the systems you build are robust, scalable, and built to last.

Their stack centres on C#, .NET Core and SQL, with a culture that values continuous improvement and keeping pace with modern engineering practices. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers, leading by example to deliver software that genuinely solves real-world problems.

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial experience as a Backend Developer (ideally at a senior level)
• Proven expertise with C#, .NET Core and SQL
• Experience in a product-side environment, or exposure to complex, engineering-led projects
• The ability to influence architecture, mentor teammates, and improve engineering processes
• A user-first mindset; you care about building reliable, accessible, and impactful solutions
• Comfortable working hybrid from North Bristol (2 days per week) – free parking available
