£70,000 – £100,000 base + uncapped OTE | Hybrid

We’re hiring an ambitious sales professional to join a fast-growing team delivering game-changing Data & AI solutions that help organisations unlock commercial value, improve decision-making, and solve complex business challenges.

The Opportunity

• This role is focused on driving net-new business growth through consultative, complex enterprise sales.
• You’ll be working with senior decision-makers across technology and data functions, helping them understand how AI-led solutions can drive revenue, reduce cost, improve governance, and manage risk.
• This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors, and leading strategic sales conversations from discovery through to close.

Key experience

• Proven success in enterprise software sales or selling complex technical solutions
• Strong new business / new logo wins
• Skilled in consultative and solution-led selling
• Comfortable engaging with multiple senior stakeholders

Key skills

• Strong pipeline generation and account penetration
• Excellent business outcome storytelling
• Able to translate technical concepts into commercial value
• Multi-stakeholder management across IT, procurement, and business units
• Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover hidden challenges in data and process
