Contract Opportunity – Project Manager (Facilities & Infrastructure)
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Manager to support a number of critical facilities and infrastructure projects on site.
Location: Onsite
Contract: 4-6 months (ASAP Start)
Engagement: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: £400/day (Inside IR35)
Overview
This role will provide hands-on project management across several ongoing infrastructure and facilities projects while supporting future transformation initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management (planning, cost, schedule and stakeholder management)
- Delivery oversight of infrastructure projects including perimeter security, CCTV and car park expansion
- Management of fire doors, fire compartments and passive fire seal projects
- Supporting the Facilities Management team with smaller improvement works
- Contributing to the development of project management processes and procedures
- Engaging with transformation programme teams on future site-wide infrastructure initiatives
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering projects within a Facilities Management environment
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
- Experience managing infrastructure or building-related projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple workstreams
