Contract Opportunity – Project Manager (Facilities & Infrastructure)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Manager to support a number of critical facilities and infrastructure projects on site.

Location: Onsite

Contract: 4-6 months (ASAP Start)

Engagement: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Compensation: £400/day (Inside IR35)

Overview

This role will provide hands-on project management across several ongoing infrastructure and facilities projects while supporting future transformation initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management (planning, cost, schedule and stakeholder management)
• Delivery oversight of infrastructure projects including perimeter security, CCTV and car park expansion
• Management of fire doors, fire compartments and passive fire seal projects
• Supporting the Facilities Management team with smaller improvement works
• Contributing to the development of project management processes and procedures
• Engaging with transformation programme teams on future site-wide infrastructure initiatives

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering projects within a Facilities Management environment
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
• Experience managing infrastructure or building-related projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple workstreams
