SR2 is supporting a leading life sciences client with the delivery of an ambitious AI/ML programme focused on building disease-level large language models (LLMs). The project aims to integrate AI-driven insights into the Respiratory Therapeutic Area, initially targeting liver and lung conditions.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead the development of the MVP and drive collaboration between AI/ML teams and clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of the disease-level LLM MVP in an agile environment
• Align AI/ML teams with respiratory stakeholders to define use cases and datasets
• Set up and manage appropriate programme governance and reporting
• Coordinate with product managers across Liver and Lung teams
• Provide regular updates and insight to senior leaders and forums

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong project management background, ideally in complex or technical environments
• Confident working with AI/ML concepts and terminology
• Experience in agile delivery, even if not formally certified
• Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders
• Life sciences, pharma or R&D exposure is advantageous but not essential
