I’m supporting a fintech scale up in hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of their customer facing web application and frontend ecosystem. This is a hands on leadership role, where you will be responsive both both the coding and people management.

Role expectations:

🚀Own the modern frontend stack (currently React focused but open to confident knowledge with either React or Vue.js;
🚀Lead and mentor a squad of frontend developers;
🚀Maintain& evolve a shared component library/design system;
🚀Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams;
🚀Solid experience with LAMP Stack (commercial exposure to PHP, Laravel);
🚀Ensure seamless API integration with backend squads;
🚀Shape front end technical directions

💡 Your experience;

💯 5 years experience building web apps (React, Vue, Angular);
💯Experience leading/mentoring frontend engineers;
💯Experience building or stewarding component libraries;
💯Deep understanding of frontend integration with APIs;
💯Fluency in frontend tooling
