Your Role:
- Work as part of a DevOps-oriented Trading IT Operations team, supporting technical processes on the trading floor.
- Provide on-site IT support at the trading office location, assisting employees with technical issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for DevOps support and ensure close collaboration with business teams and support organisations.
- Handle IT and system orders, ensuring smooth procurement and implementation.
- Manage service operations, overseeing contracts and costs while identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities.
- Oversee workplace equipment ordering, user management, and site support for trading-related systems and applications.
- Play a key role in crisis and emergency management as needed.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive and structured approach to work, with a passion for DevOps and teamwork.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience in service desk or IT support roles is highly valued.
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable handling support tickets independently.
- Availability to work on-site at least four days a week, with remote work possible on Fridays.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Enthusiasm for trading environments—previous exposure is a plus, but a strong interest in learning is equally valued.
