We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance & Governance Analyst (SFIA 5) to join a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team in a critical national infrastructure client. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. You will support the management and continuous improvement of our compliance controls and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance controls across key risk areas, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate exposure and support mitigation planning in line with internal control frameworks.
• Maintain and evolve governance frameworks and documentation to support consistent, transparent, and accountable decision-making.
• Support the organisation’s readiness for internal and external audits, including evidence collation and stakeholder coordination.
• Identify control weaknesses or process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure internal policies remain current, effective, and aligned with emerging regulatory standards.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and the development of compliance KPIs and dashboards.
