Business Analyst | SC Cleared | Government | Inside IR35

SR2 is supporting a consultancy scaling up a multidisciplinary team for a key transformation programme within central government, requiring experienced Business Analysts.
You will be working as part of a collaborative delivery team focused on the alpha and beta phases of a user-facing public service. This will involve working closely with delivery, technical, and design colleagues to shape requirements and ensure alignment to service goals.

Experience Required:

• Strong background in business analysis within agile delivery teams.
• Experience capturing and refining user needs, process mapping, and writing user stories.
• Comfortable working to GDS standards across service phases.
• Confident facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement and managing conflicting priorities.
• Previous experience working on government or public sector digital projects is essential.
• Valid SC Clearance is required to start.

We expect start dates in April and the contract will run for 6 months initially.
This contract will be remote, though occasional on-site meetings may be required in London.
This role is inside IR35 with day rates circa £500/day.
