The SR2 Graduate Academy

It is relatively rare we open the doors to trainee or graduate intakes at SR2 as we have always focussed successfully on experienced hires however that door is now open for a limited time only. 

We are actively hiring for the next generation of SR2 talent to come and join us from September 4th to work within a new academy intake to be managed, trained and supported by Mat Vickers & Franqui Wilson and our swanky new onboarding and L&D platform (more on this in the future😉).

You don't have to be a graduate either, so we are open on backgrounds and profiles. Our non-negotiables are hard work, accountability and being a good human. If you can demonstrate solid evidence of those 3 along with some drive, ambition and hunger to be successful then we want to chat.
