I am on the hunt for a Cloud Sales Manager for a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering cutting-edge IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and strategic technology consulting to businesses across the UK. Their mission is to help organisations thrive by leveraging technology effectively, securely, and cost-efficiently. Your work will be having an impact on a vast range of industries however they operate largely in the Edtech sector.
They’re looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, grow new business, and build strong client relationships that deliver long-term value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to be a key player in our continued growth. You will be the first sales hire within the team – expect to make a big impact on shaping processes, shaping sales processes within the team and act as a voice of guidance to the existing Directors within the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing a robust sales strategy aligned with company objectives. NOTE: This will not involve upselling existing accounts – this area is covered. This will involve pulling all new business and having an impact on new clients only.
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the SME and mid-market sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, account management, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance against KPIs.
- Market Insight: Keep up to date with MSP industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions environment.
- Strong understanding of managed services, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
