Lead Machine Learning Engineer

If you’re a Lead MLE or Tech Lead working on impactful AI/ML projects but need a new challenge, this ones for you.
 
I’m looking for a Lead ML Engineer to join a hugely successful AI first business in London with an impressive reputation in the space.
 
This role suits those with a strong MLOps skillset. Your route to becoming an ML Engineer was likely taken via the software or data engineering route as opposed to data science.
 
You’ll need to enjoy setting up cloud infrastructure and handling the deployment of ML models into production.

Another big requirement for this role is your ability to work in a client-facing environment. Again, you don’t have to come from a consultancy background, but you will need to engage with customers, gather requirements and ultimately help build bespoke solutions so strong comms are required.   
 
Essentials:

• Solid understanding of the full ML lifecycle – particularly strong at the deployment stage.
• Demonstrable background of setting up cloud infrastructure for the deployment of ML models into production.
• A background either leading client engagements or building solutions for end customers that required extensive requirement gathering.
• Solid Python programming skills and understanding of SWE best practices.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
