SR2 is supporting a client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This is a hands-on BA role focused on understanding end-to-end business processes, uncovering cross-functional dependencies and ensuring requirements are properly defined before entering delivery.

Key experience:

• Strong end to end process mapping: As-Is / To-Be
• Cross- functional dependency and impact analysis
• Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations and data flows
• Discovery workshops and senior stakeholder management
• Agile technology delivery, backlog refinement and UAT

You’ll work across Technology and the wider business, helping connect people, processes, systems and data and identify the downstream impact of proposed change.
