Project Manager – AI – Life Sciences

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile life science AI and technology transformation programme within a large, complex enterprise environment.

You will work as part of a consultancy delivery team, coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams and technology partners to ensure the programme remains on track and key milestones are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, RAID logs and status reporting.
• Produce clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, including project updates, risks, decisions and progress against milestones.
• Organise and facilitate business analysis, planning and delivery workshops.
• Coordinate and mobilise technology vendor resources, ensuring effective onboarding and integration into the wider delivery team.
• Work closely with business, technology and consultancy stakeholders to maintain alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery activity is effectively prioritised and tracked.
• Drive actions through to completion and maintain strong governance across the programme.

Essential experience

• Strong Project Management experience within complex technology or digital environments.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong experience managing delivery plans, RAID, dependencies, milestones and reporting.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving clear actions and outcomes.
• Experience coordinating third-party technology vendors or external delivery partners.
