Senior Business Change Manager x2

Contract: 6 Months
Rate: Up to £600/day Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid – London & Cambridge
Start: September (flexible for the right candidate)

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to lead the business change workstream for a large-scale R&D transformation programme.

You’ll be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications and the successful adoption of new technology, processes and ways of working. A key part of the role will be supporting the implementation and adoption of PPM tools across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business change workstream.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
• Support technology and process adoption across the programme.
• Develop and deliver change and engagement plans.
• Identify and manage change impacts, risks and resistance.
• Work closely with programme teams and senior stakeholders to embed change successfully.

Experience Required

• Proven Business Change experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving technology and process change.
• R&D transformation experience preferred (Pharma/Life Sciences desirable but not essential).
• Experience with Planisware and/or Smartsheet is highly desirable.
