Lead Delivery Manager

We’re supporting a major digital transformation programme and are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to play a key role in running delivery across a hub and spoke model.

This is a senior leadership role, focused on coordinating multiple workstreams across data, automation and wider technology transformation. You’ll act as a central point for delivery teams, helping to drive alignment, accountability, and successful delivery in a complex programme environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple digital workstreams within a hub and spoke model
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data, automation and digital delivery
• Manage Statements of Work, ensuring scope, deliverables and timelines are clearly defined and delivered
• Track delivery against commercial and contractual commitments
• Support the mobilisation and prioritisation of new workstreams in line with programme needs
• Drive structure, momentum and accountability across a multi-stream delivery environment
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the programme

Experience required

• 10-15 years’ experience in digital delivery, programme management or consulting-led environments
• Strong track record of leading complex, multi-stream digital programmes
• Proven experience managing Statements of Work and commercial delivery
• Good understanding of data, automation and digital engineering
• Able to bring structure to complex delivery environments and drive teams towards outcomes
