Digital Delivery Manager – Client Services

Contract | 6-9 months | Up to £300 – £325 p/d (Outside IR35)
Remote with occasional London meetings

A digital agency is looking for an experienced Client Services / Digital Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a major website project.

This role will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, external marketing agencies (SEO/CRO) and the internal delivery team, ensuring requirements are aligned and the project progresses smoothly.

The role sits alongside an existing Project Manager who manages the development team, with a focus on stakeholder coordination, communication and project alignment rather than direct developer management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational point of contact across client and agency meetings

• Represent the agency in discussions with SEO and CRO partners

• Translate marketing and optimisation requirements into clear actions for the delivery team

• Maintain oversight of project progress through Jira boards and timelines

• Ensure alignment between client objectives, agency input and delivery priorities

• Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Help balance competing priorities to keep delivery on track

Experience Required

• Experience in client services, digital delivery or technical account management within a digital agency environment

• Strong understanding of website or digital platform delivery

• Experience working alongside SEO and CRO agencies or digital marketing teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable coordinating across multiple parties and viewpoints

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools

Contract Details
