  • Issuing Yoti e-sign delivery note receipts to clients for Clean Energy team sales invoicing.
  • Supporting ad hoc business and operational tasks when needed

HR Administration (Approx. 40%)

You’ll coordinate internal HR administration for a team of around 55 employees, supporting the business with:

HR General Administration, Reporting & Tracking

  • · Issuing weekly holiday and time-off reports and sending approval reminder emails to managers
  • Maintaining probation, promotion and leaver trackers
  • Managing sick leave reporting and communicating sick pay deductions to Finance

HR Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Sending probation outcome letters and notifying Finance of salary/benefit changes
  • Tracking employee benefits in kind data monthly for annual P11D preparation

  • Ordering stationery and managing general office administration for the offices.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with WestSpring for company-wide IT or internet issues

Policies & External Support

  • Managing and updating HR policies in line with UK legislation via our external HR Advisor
  • Liaising with our external HR Advisor on ad hoc HR matters when required
