Project Manager - Remote
About the Role
We seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in the health and education (preferred but not required) sector to help lead innovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives,deadlines, and quality standards.
- Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and motivate the team, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and evaluate performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and
alignment with strategic goals. - Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver presentations on project.
- Adhere to project management methods, lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of project management experience.
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
- Extensive budget management experience.
- Change Management experience.
- Bonus of Healthcare IT project management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong budget and financial knowledge.
This will be a two-stage interview process with a target start date of late Jan with initial milestones set for March and April.
The role will be INSIDE IR35, fully remote and paying £320p/d - £325p/d.
