We couldn't be more excited to announce that SR2 is going GREEN with the launch of our brand-new division SR2 Clean Energy! 🌳🔋💚

Recognising the huge investment being made into Green Energy Infrastructure projects, this is a rapidly growing sector with huge investment and opportunity that excites us.

It also fits our Socially Responsible brand like a glove - doing good & creating a sustainable future!

We'll be focusing on the Wind and Solar sectors initially and will be leveraging the huge success in our European Tech Team in Germany through our existing GMBH. SR2 Renewables is already set up from a back office, ops and commercial standpoint to ensure quick success.

The missing piece 🧩

We are now looking for 1 or 2 top tier experienced recruiters to join us from day one of our journey into the Clean Energy space.

SR2 Clean Energy will begin as a small team (initially) so we are looking for people who are as comfortable with their sleeves rolled up and in the thick of it on the front-line as they are focused on strategy and bigger picture thinking to build a real name in this space.

To do this role, you'll understand the European Renewables market, the nuances within it and will have defined effective routes to market in this space.

Naturally you'll ideally be a highly effective leader of people used to coaching, motivating and developing the current and future leaders of the team but we are also open and looking for experienced hands-on recruiters who want to build it from the ground up with us from day one and keep in the billing lane.

If at the senior or lead end, you will have managed and grown a P&L and be influential on business processes with core experience in the Renewables market ideally in Germany or wider European regions but still be wanting to remain hands on.

The goal is to build upon the rapid success we have had to date and replicate the brand and success across the Renewables market. You will be driving and supporting the business strategy and integral to the success of the Renewables division by driving best practices, best processes and the winning of new customers as well as the retention and growth of existing customers as we gain them.

You'll live & breathe the SR2 Values and grow and develop upon our existing and new routes to market. The community is at the heart of everything we do as a modern and forward thinking BCORP certified business via meetups and events, women rock and other SR2 initiatives we successfully operate in the UK at present. We want you to innovate & incorporate this into the world of Renewables.
