Our Commission scheme pays up to 40% and has no threshold - is it the best? Who the hell knows, it's definitely up there and even more so when you factor everything else in.

Promotions are simple. Hit a clear financial target, don't be a dickhead = get promoted.

Quality over Quantity. Please don't send a CV just to hit a target. We won't beast you about unnecessary KPIs but we do want you to care and to work with purpose and work to the highest standard and we'll always push you to be the best version of yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

If you're a Perm Recruiter:

Perm | Data | London

Perm | Deep AI | Europe

If you're a Contract Recruiter:

Contract | Public Sector | London

Contract | Software Dev | Europe

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • 360 Recruitment - winning your own clients & bringing on new business. At least 50% of your business should be won by you.
  • Actively working with clients in the Tech for Good and consultancy sectors.
  • Using the SR2 USP's to win new business & create long term partnerships with your clients and candidates.
  • Establishing yourself as the 'go-to' recruiter in your market.
  • Being innovative and finding new & better ways to do recruitment by thinking outside the box.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A 360 Recruiter - you don't have to have worked in Tech but you will have to have solid 360 recruitment skills and a proven background in winning customers proactively.
  • A Proven Billings profile - Senior Consultants at SR2 are expected to bill £150k+
  • Proven ability to win new clients & maximise business opportunities with live clients
  • Phone first approach to building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ambitious, driven & hungry for success.
  • Resilient & disciplined to stay consistent every single day.
  • Willingness to work hard & take 100% accountability.
  • Passionate about the SR2 brand, values & mission with a vision of how you can use our brand to build relationships in your market.
