Promotion plans are triggered by operating at the required level for 3 months which triggers a 6-month promotion plan.

LEAD PRINCIPAL

£350k in Contract Invoices or £300k in Perm Invoices in 12 months

MANAGING CONSULTANT

£450k in Contract Invoices or £400k in Perm Invoices in 12 months

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

£550k in Contract Billings or 500k in Perm Invoices in 12 months + £1m in total SR2 career billings

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Mentorship/Buddy Scheme training and can start mentoring 1 person daily

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Step-Up to leadership training programme. 1-3 in team

TEAM LEAD

Ongoing leadership development programme training. Team of 3-6

PRACTICE MANAGER

Reduced personal billings and more team over ride focussed on team development and average GP/FTE. Team of 6-8

HEAD OF (HANDS OFF)

Pure management role, team of 8-10+ depending on experience of team.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (HANDS-OFF)

AD of team of 12-15+ heads. Paid purely on the team growth in Headcount and GP per FTE.

DIRECTOR OF (HANDS-OFF)

Hands off Director role growing a P&L for your unit paid on growth and profitability of your division.
