Financial Analyst | Up to £50,000 + Bonus | London (Hybrid) | Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in:

Creating robust financial models for projects, property development, regeneration schemes, joint venture partnerships, and investments.

Tackling diverse challenges, including pricing environmental credits and solving non-financial problems through effective modelling.

Supporting the development of business cases and options appraisals.

Developing and presenting data analytics models to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts.

Strategically securing investment through the establishment of trading companies, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Providing specialist modelling expertise to support wider projects and teams.

About You:

Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on developing intricate financial models.

An understanding of common accounting principles.

Familiarity with statistics and data analytics.

Basic knowledge of VBA, PowerQuery, PowerBI, and Python (not essential but beneficial).

Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Project management and organisational skills.

Comfortable engaging and interacting with clients.

Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines, with a successful track record of contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
