Project Manager – Finance Transformation – Inside IR35

SR2 Consulting is supporting a global payments organisation in appointing an experienced Project Manager to lead a Finance Transformation initiative focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

This role will sit at the intersection of finance and technology, driving delivery across an Oracle-enabled transformation programme. You will manage stakeholders across both business and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of EPM capabilities within a complex, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a Finance Transformation programme within the EPM space
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across finance, technology and leadership teams
• Drive implementation and optimisation of Oracle-based EPM solutions
• Ensure effective governance, planning, risk management and reporting
• Operate within an Agile delivery environment
• Coordinate international teams and manage delivery across geographies

Required Experience

• Strong Project Management experience within finance transformation programmes
• Experience delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives
• Exposure to Oracle (EPM / finance systems) environments
• Background in technology-enabled transformation
• Comfortable operating within Agile delivery models
• Experience working in global or multi-location programmes
