Programme Manager – Healthcare Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale healthcare transformation programme. You will join an established consultancy team delivering complex change within a major public sector environment.

This is a high-profile engagement requiring strong programme leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a large, complex transformation programme
• Drive programme management across multiple workstreams
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across clinical, operational and executive levels
• Ensure delivery milestones are met in line with programme objectives
• Contribute to operating model and organisational design activity where required
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary delivery team
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate with agility

Experience & Skills Required

• Strong experience in programme management and large-scale programme delivery
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable working at pace within complex environments
• Agile, adaptable and delivery-focused
• Experience of operating model and organisational design (essential for candidates with deeper transformation focus)
• NHS or wider healthcare experience desirable, particularly within community services
