Enterprise Security Architect – Long-term
Inside IR35: \u00a3550 – \u00a3600
Hybrid: 2 days a week in London \/ Bristol
Active SC Clearance required<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’re looking for an SC Cleared Enterprise Security Architect<\/strong> to support a major secure telecoms programme across mobile network, enterprise IT and cloud environments.<\/p>\n

You’ll help define and maintain security architecture across 4G\/5G core, RAN, OSS\/BSS, AWS, SDN\/NFV, Open RAN, edge computing and cloud migration<\/strong> workstreams, ensuring designs are secure, compliant and aligned to programme objectives.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Define and maintain enterprise security architecture across telecoms and enterprise IT systems<\/li>\n
  • Develop target-state security architectures aligned to business, regulatory and operational requirements<\/li>\n
  • Apply TOGAF, SABSA and ArchiMate<\/strong> across architecture artefacts and governance<\/li>\n
  • Design secure AWS, hybrid and cloud-native architectures<\/li>\n
  • Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and security design reviews<\/li>\n
  • Define security patterns, standards and reference architectures<\/li>\n
  • Support assurance, governance, audit and secure-by-design delivery<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, risk, compliance and vendor teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Essential Experience<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Enterprise Security Architecture experience within telecoms, mobile networks or critical national infrastructure<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of 4G\/5G core, RAN, IMS\/signalling, OSS\/BSS, NFV\/SDN, telecom APIs and interconnect security<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong AWS cloud security architecture experience<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Zero Trust, identity security, encryption, SIEM\/SOC integration and network segmentation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience with telecoms security standards and regulations, including GSMA, NCSC, ISO 27001, NIS\/NIS2 and GDPR<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and senior-level communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
