{"id":13105,"date":"2026-05-08T11:15:59","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sr2rec.com\/job\/change-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T11:15:59","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:15:59","slug":"change-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sr2rec.com\/en\/job\/change-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Change Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Day Rate:<\/strong> \u00a3550-\u00a3600\/day (Inside IR35)<br \/> <strong>Location:<\/strong> Hybrid (1 dpw in London)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start Date: <\/strong>1<sup>st<\/sup> July<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>SR2 is working with a leading consultancy to identify change specialists for a high-profile AI and data transformation programme within a global life sciences organisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The programme is introducing AI, ML and data-led capabilities across several business areas, including AI-enabled content generation, large language model use cases, chatbot-led data structuring and wider AI analysis across complex business domains.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a Change Manager with proven experience supporting AI, ML, data or technology-led change in large, complex, multinational environments. You will need to understand the impact of emerging technology on business users, operating models, behaviours and ways of working.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead change activity across one or more AI, ML or data-led workstreams.<\/li>\n<li>Assess stakeholder impact, business readiness, adoption risks and change requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop change plans covering communications, engagement, training and adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Work with AI, data, product and business teams to understand what is changing and who is impacted.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops to capture current-state challenges, future-state needs and adoption barriers.<\/li>\n<li>Translate AI\/ML concepts into clear, practical messaging for business users and senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Track change progress, risks, engagement levels and readiness themes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Change Manager on AI, ML, data, digital or technology-led programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on global or multinational projects with complex stakeholder groups.<\/li>\n<li>Confident with AI\/ML terminology, concepts and business adoption considerations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and business readiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/am9zaHVhLndoaXRlLjQyMDA5LjEzNzc3QHNyMnJlYy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":678,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"London","_application":"joshua.white.42009.13777@sr2rec.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"550","_job_salary_currency":"GBP","_job_salary_unit":"DAY"},"job-categories":[55],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-13105","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
