{"id":948,"date":"2023-03-29T17:13:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T17:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sr2rec.com\/?p=948"},"modified":"2025-03-21T15:53:34","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T15:53:34","slug":"positive-mindset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sr2rec.com\/de\/mental-health\/positive-mindset\/","title":{"rendered":"Positive Mindset"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I\u2019ve spoken already about how it\u2019s a tough market out there.<br>&nbsp;<br>Redundancies, hiring freezes, budget cuts, these are all things I am hearing from candidates and clients on a daily basis. \ud83d\ude1e<br>&nbsp;<br>This is a message to anyone who is having a tough week, facing redundancy, and Recruiters struggling in what is one of the strangest markets we\u2019ve seen in quite a long time. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>I fully believe the next few months will show the true resilience of people, and when we come out the other side, we will be in a better place because of it. \ud83d\udc99<br>&nbsp;<br>My advice is be kind to yourself and others, and remember it won\u2019t last forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.sourceflow.co.uk\/9ib4jcmmy7el2csd9ozmgg2xfcis\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\"><br>\ud83d\udd38Give yourself breaks away from your desk. Even a walk around the block for 5 minutes can change your mindset&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>\ud83d\udd38Don\u2019t sit in silence if you\u2019re struggling! Chances are the person next to you is feeling the same- talk to each other&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>\ud83d\udd38Focus on the long term rather than immediate goal. Building relationships now will come back and pay off later down the line&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>\ud83d\udd38Remember that we\u2019re all human and just trying to do our jobs.
