They are now seeking an exceptional Group Manager to lead their Networking &amp; Systems Integration (NSI), Instrumentation &amp; Electrical (I&amp;E), and Fabrication teams, a pivotal leadership role shaping technical standards, developing future leaders, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><br \/> <strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, technicians, Project Discipline Leads (PDLs), and Team Leads.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and structured performance leadership through regular feedback and development planning.<\/li>\n<li>Build a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to core organisational values.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen leadership capability within Team Leads and PDLs, ensuring clarity of standards, accountability, and expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Technical &amp; Operational Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the final technical authority for proposals across NSI, I&amp;E, and Fabrication disciplines, ensuring feasibility, quality, and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight and guidance on complex engineering decisions, supporting PLC\/DCS programming, HMI\/SCADA development, electrical and instrumentation design, and panel fabrication activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance discipline standards, best practices, and compliance with relevant industry regulations (ISA\/IEC, NEC, UL 508A, NFPA 70E).<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Deployment leadership to align resources, manage workload, and drive successful project outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to proposal development, estimating, early scoping discussions, and, where required, provide hands-on technical expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Champion quality, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution to reduce rework and elevate operational performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><br \/> <strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related discipline).<\/li>\n<li>10+ years engineering experience within automation, controls, electrical, instrumentation, or closely related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience &#8211; either through formal people management or leading technical teams and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Deep technical expertise in at least one core discipline (Networking &amp; Systems Integration or Instrumentation &amp;
